Valdez

Valdez, Alaska, is a small town known for its stunning natural beauty, rich history, and outdoor recreational opportunities. Located in the southeastern part of the Prince William Sound on the south coast of Alaska.

The Colombia glacier is one of the largest tidewater glaciers in Alaska.

Valdez is also unfortunately famous for the Exxon Valdez oil spill in Prince William Sound. Our tour explained all the details surrounding that event and pointed out exactly where it happened.
