Þingvellir National Park: A UNESCO World Heritage Site, significant for its historical, cultural, and geological importance. It’s the site of the ancient Icelandic parliament and where the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates meet.
Geysir Geothermal Area: Known for its geysers, including the active Strokkur which erupts every few minutes.
Gullfoss Waterfall: A powerful and stunning waterfall that cascades in two stages into a rugged canyon.
