Singapore is a vibrant city-state located at the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula. Known for its stunning skyline, efficient public transport system, and blend of cultures, it’s one of the world’s most globalized cities. Singapore is famous for being a hub of finance, technology, and trade.
Marina Bay Sands: An iconic hotel and entertainment complex with a rooftop infinity pool offering incredible views of the city. There is a nightly light show on the water that attracts a large crowd. We did go up to one of the rooftop bars, however, they would not let us in with flip flops.
The mall and hotel are equally impressive.
Gardens by the Bay: A futuristic park featuring giant Supertree structures and climate-controlled conservatories. The nightly light show in the garden is spectacular and also gets very crowded.
Singapore has some great views from the water. As you walk from Merlion Park towards the waterfront, you get some impressive views of the city.
The waterfront is also home to the Art Science museum which was enjoyable and a good escape from the heat.
