Saratoga Springs, New York

Saratoga Springs (population ~28,491 as of 2020) is a city in Saratoga County in upstate New York. Cute town with a nice main street, a good place for restaurants and bars.

It’s known as “The Spa City,” with a long history tied to its natural mineral springs, which made it a popular resort destination. We walked in Saratoga Spa State Park.

The city’s slogan: Health, History, and Horses. The Horse track is world famous.

The city was originally incorporated as a village in 1826, and in 1915 the village and town were merged to form the city.
