A Captain Cook boat ride was a fun tour that takes you to the area near Kealakekua Bay on the Big Island, where Captain James Cook first landed in 1779.
After snorkeling, our tour took us to a view of the Captain Cook Monument, which is located on the shore of Kealakekua Bay. This monument commemorates Captain Cook’s arrival and his death.
