Fairbanks

Fairbanks, Alaska’s second-largest city, offers a unique blend of modern amenities and wild natural beauty. Fairbanks is located in the interior region of Alaska, approximately 200 miles south of the Arctic Circle. It has vast extremes and experiences a subarctic climate, with long, harsh winters and short, warm summers. Winter temperatures can plunge below -40°F, while summer temperatures can soar to 90°F.

We walked around town, drove out to see the Oil Pipeline and went to the Fountainhead Antique Auto Museum.
