Chiloé Island is a destination off the coast of Chile, known for its unique culture, picturesque landscapes, and traditional wooden churches.
We spent the day touring around and visited a good portion of the island including: Dalchue, Castro, Ancud.

We didn’t love this day trip from Puerto Varas. We heard it was great and not sure what we missed. We were actually bored a good portion of the day. There were some good sites, but overall we didn’t think it was worth it….The wooden houses were cute, but as you can see below, we couldn’t get much closer.
