Ayutthaya, Thailand

Ayutthaya is a historic city in Thailand, known for its impressive ruins and rich history. It was once the capital of the Kingdom of Ayutthaya, which flourished from the 14th to the 18th century before being destroyed by the Burmese in 1767. The city is located about 80 kilometers (50 miles) north of Bangkok and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We went on a 4 hour bike tour of the city, it is a great way to get around and see everything.

Ayutthaya is famous for its stunning temples, palaces, and Buddha statues, which still stand as a reminder of its former glory.

Bang Pa In Palace, Wat Tai Chai Mongkok, Wat PhraSru Sa phet and Wat Mahathat, all beautiful temples.

There are several ruin sights and the bike is a great way to see them all.
