Lower Antelope Canyon is one of the two famous slot canyons near Page, Arizona (the other being Upper Antelope Canyon). It’s known for its stunning, narrow sandstone passageways carved over thousands of years by flash flooding and erosion. We visited Upper Antelope Canyon many years ago and there is a separate post for that.

We went here with Ken’s Tours, which was efficient and very good. There are some strict rules, we actually saw them remove 2 people from the tour. No video allowed and no pictures while on the metal stairs.

We loved it, the canyon, the tour, well worth it as you can see from the pictures.

The lower Canyon has some very steep ladders, but is not difficult. There are a lot of pictures since it was so spectacular.
