Edinburgh is Scotland’s capital and it is the must-see city in Scotland. The combination of medieval Old Town, Georgian New Town, castle, hills, and dramatic architecture makes it spectacular.
I read there were a lot of hills, I didn’t think they were bad at all compared to other places. We hit all the main attractions and had a blast. The main areas can get very crowded, but still well worth a few days.
No shortage of Kilts to buy and Whiskey to drink.
Edinburgh Castle – the city’s biggest attraction, dramatically positioned on Castle Rock.
🌊 Dean Village – a picturesque former milling village along the Water of Leith.
One of the best things we did was a surprise. The Johnny Walker experience was amazing. It was fun, interactive and we drank. Thew views of the city, from the top were also impressive.
